The introductory texts of “Arteara Necropolis”, all those of “Other sites” and “Discover more” with the corresponding sub-sections, have been extracted from the Archaeological Heritage Guide of the Heritage Service of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, with its authorization.

With the exception of “Barranco de Los Vicentes”, from the Archaeological Guide of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

The texts of “Necropolis de Arteara”, with the exception of the introduction, have been extracted from the signage of the site, made by Arqueocanaria, with modifications.

The texts on the pages “First settlers” and “Archaeological history” have been written by Vicente Valencia, archaeologist.

The interviews reflect the knowledge and opinions of the interviewees themselves.
